2025 Community Pet Clinics

Community Pet Clinics in 2025 will be held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at Creekview Recreation Center (5001 Humboldt Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55430).

Clinic Dates:
Jan 19, Feb 16, March 16, April 27*, May 18, June 15, July 20, Aug 17,
Sept 21, Oct 19, Nov 16, Dec 21

*April is the last Sunday due to holidays!

Appointments for each clinic open on the 1st of the month at Noon. Click on the “Make and Appointment” Button below to view available times.

Are all appointments booked?
WALK UP visits are welcomed between 9 and 11 am or as time allows. We recommend arriving NO LATER than 8:45 am.

If you are in need of an immediate vaccination appointment we recommend:
- Animal Humane Society
- Access Veterinary Care
- Vetco


Clinic Costs:

$30 - Dogs: Core Vaccinations, Microchip, Wellness Exam

$20 - Cats: Core Vaccinations, Microchip, Wellness Exam

$15 - Dogs/Cats: Distemper booster ONLY (only for returning clinic visits)

$10 - Heartworm Test (Dogs Only over 6 months of age)

$15 - 3 months of Heartworm Preventative (H/W test required or test results within the last 12 months)

$20 - 3 months of Flea/Tick Preventative

Additional donations are always welcome!

Payment can be made onsite via credit card or cash.

Requirements for Pets attending the Clinic:

  • Our Community Pet Clinics are open to cat and dogs of all ages.

  • All pets must be at least 6 weeks old to attend the clinic.

  • All dogs must be on a non-retractable leash & all cats must arrive in a carrier.

Pets should NOT have received vaccinations within the last year to participate in the clinic - Unless receiving a booster vaccination.

Services Available to Pets Attending the Clinic:

  • Quick Wellness Exam (Our Volunteer Vet Team - is not able to diagnose or provide medication)

  • “Core” Vaccinations -

    • Dogs - Rabies, Canine DAPPv & Bordetella

    • Cats - Rabies, Feline HCP

  • Microchips (These will be registered with Minneapolis Animal Care and Control - in the event your pet goes missing!)

  • Nail Trims

Additional Resources at the Clinic:

  • We will have our Mobile Pet Resource Center set up and ready for anyone who needs supplies.

  • Items available will include but are not limited to food, collars, leashes.

  • Pet friendly vendors may also be in attendance.
